Pinkie Pie is just as crazy hyper as the Animaniacs...AND THEIR ZANY TO THE MAX!!!
Anyway, nice work, love the facial expressions, color and lighting is quite nice (did you blend the lines?), I could see this happening out of nowhere:
Due to a cross dimentional portal going hay-wire, dimensions of different realities are now connected, and people can now cross into other dimentions (sometimes they just get sucked right into a warp portal). To Sonic's dismay, he had the unfortunate luck of coming across Pinkie Pie who had a vile of hair tonic. When Pinkie Pie was sucked and tossed out of the portal, the vile came with her, cracking on top of her head, and ultimately falling apart. Her hair began to quickly grow just as the blue blur turns around to see the new guest, and is now buried in cotton candy hair-BUT, it doesn't end there! The portal sucks Pinkie Pie back into her own dimension with the blue blur still trapped in her hair! The hair cushioned their landing, and Pinkie Pie is now laying on top of her mountain of hair while she looks down at her new blue friend who's busy spitting hair out of his mouth, trying to process what the heck just happened. Pinkie Pie starts laughing and says, "Gee that was fun! Let's do that again, and again, and again, and again, and again, AND AGAIN!!"
Again, this looks awesome.
